Tank tops, baby tee’s, cargo jeans and shorts, flip flops, halo-halo, ice craze, ice cream, and cold sodas, do you see them anywhere lately? Oh well better avail yourself soon, coz summer has made its way once again, and if you find yourself craving for a thirst quencher all the time, well worry not, it’s just really the call of the season.
Summer surely is a season of fun and relaxation. And since its time is during school break people make use of it for their adventures and getaways. It is also in this season when anything cold would sell, and honestly upon writing this article, my body tells me that I should really soak myself in the water that’s why I can’t help but imagine myself splashing in the pool.
But as much as we’d love to enjoy the season we also should put into consideration the damages the burning sun could bring to us.
First stop our skin, yes a sun tan looks nice and in during summer, but we should always remember that too much sun exposure could cause skin cancers and other skin diseases like skin asthma, skin allergies, and all other stuffs, so the best thing to do is to never forget to wear sun block. Make sure that you bring it along with you all the time, and also not to get tooo much of sun exposure, you should stop once you get that nice golden tan, besides too much tan could also look unpleasant, so be sure to get just enough.
Another sun sensitive part is the head particularly the hair. Summer is really fun but is not worth sacrificing rebonds, hot oils, cellophanes, and all in just a click, besides our pockets could not afford fun and repairs at the same time, so make sure to protect your crowning glory by putting on hair conditioners, before soaking into the water, and try using umbrella when out in the sun.
Last stop, our eyes, the sun especially during noon could be really so irritating especially for the eyes, it could cause stigmatism, and all other sun inflicted eye sicknesses so to make sure you’ll see clearly and have protected eyes, wear sunglasses, it would not just protect your eyes but could also give you that “in” look this summer.
Okay so now that you’re all geared up, there’s no stopping you from taking the fun. So have a fun filled summer ya’ll.
